Hotel social media that sells nights
Your hotel does not need more likes. It needs the guest who is scrolling to end up on your rate page. Four pieces a week plus stories on Instagram, and a management LinkedIn working the corporate and MICE channel, which is where the weekday occupancy actually comes from.
A 30-minute video call. The audit document and the 90-day plan.

A full grid and an empty Tuesday
Most hotel accounts post the same three things: the pool, the plate, the sunset. They collect saves from people who will never travel to your city and nothing from the corporate account that fills twelve rooms every week. Engagement is not occupancy, and a follower who cannot find your rate is a cost.
Social
Four pieces a week on Instagram
Shot around what actually sells: the room type with margin, the neighbourhood, the season, the reason to come midweek. Plus stories, because that is where the link lives.
Management LinkedIn
The director’s account working the corporate and MICE channel: meeting space, group rates, the company that needs twenty beds in November. Sales, not employer branding.
A route to the rate
Every piece has an exit. Link in stories, bio, profile CTA and campaign landing pages, so social traffic lands on your engine and not on a portal listing.
Guest-content and rights
Sourcing, permission and reuse of what guests already post, with the rights in writing. Cheaper and truer than another studio shoot.
Reporting on bookings from social
Attributed sessions, assisted direct bookings and cost per booking from the channel. Follower count goes in the appendix, if anywhere.
How it runs
- 01
01 · Audit the account
What is posted, what is saved, and what never reaches a rate. Usually the account is working and the route to the booking is missing.
- 02
02 · Decide what social has to sell
Midweek, a room type, a season, the MICE calendar. One commercial job per quarter, so the grid has a reason to exist.
- 03
03 · Shoot and publish
Four pieces a week plus stories, from a shot list built with the front desk and the revenue manager, not from whatever looked good that morning.
- 04
04 · Report and cut
Monthly: what sent traffic to the engine, what earned a booking, what was decoration. The decoration stops.
What changes
Social sends measurable traffic to your booking engine, not to a portal.
The corporate and MICE channel has a named person talking to it.
Midweek and shoulder-season nights get a reason to be booked.
The reporting names bookings, so social stops being unarguable.
Who we work with
Boutique hotels
The specialty. Independent, one house, nothing to hide behind.
Regional chains
Five to thirty properties, one brand, thirty different websites.
Resorts & holiday hotels
A season that has to be sold before the season starts.
City & business hotels
Weekday occupancy is a sales channel, not a content calendar.
Serviced apartments
Off the platform, onto your own booking page.
Rural & experiences
Nobody searches your village. They search the reason to go.
Questions
Do you run paid social as well?
Organic is what the fee covers. If paid is worth it for a season or a MICE push we say so in the plan, with the budget separated from the fee and the cost per direct booking reported the same way.
Who shoots the photos and video?
A shot list is built with your team and the material is produced from it. Where the hotel already has usable footage or guest content with rights, we use it before commissioning more.
Why LinkedIn for a hotel?
Because the corporate and MICE booker is on it and nowhere else you can reach for free. Weekday occupancy is a sales channel, and it answers to a person, not to a grid.
Will you post daily if we ask?
Four a week plus stories is what the plan covers, because past that the pieces stop being about anything. Monopoly moves to continuous publishing across sites.
