We don’t do marketing. We fill hotels through direct booking.

Content, SEO and direct sales for boutique hotels, regional chains, resorts and city properties. Every night we move off a portal and onto your own booking engine is a commission you stop paying. Measured in direct bookings, ADR and RevPAR, never in likes.

The toll

For every ten nights sold through an OTA, the toll takes as much as the value of two. Online agencies charge commissions of 15 to 25% on every booking, and that is money off the ADR you fought for.

The margin leaves through someone else’s channel

You clean the room. You serve the breakfast. You answer the complaint. And the margin walks out through a channel you do not own, on a guest whose email address you never got to keep.

The trip starts with a search

Before the booking there is a search: a city, a date, a reason to travel. If your site answers that search with serious content and a booking engine that does not fight the guest, the night sells with no toll.

One client per city and category

We do not run two hotels against each other in the same square. When a city and a category are taken, they are taken, and the next hotel goes on the waiting list.

One number decides it

Cost per direct booking against the commission you would have paid on that same night. Not reach, not likes. If a lever stops paying for itself, it goes in the first line of the monthly report, not in a footnote at the end.

Everything built belongs to the hotel

The site, the content, the CRM, the guest base, the dashboards. No rented assets, no accounts we keep. If you leave, you leave with all of it.

Hospitality only

We are the sister brand of Prensa Hotelera and we read the sector every day. We speak ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and channel mix, so nobody has to translate the brief.

Questions

What does the free audit include?

An 8 to 10 page document with your visibility against three competitors, a site and content audit with three prioritised opportunities, and a 90-day plan walked through on a 30-minute call.

Do you have hotel case studies?

Not yet. We have just hung the plate and we are not going to decorate the lobby with someone else’s numbers. The method is the one Rankings.io has run for 13 years in its niche, applied to hotel direct booking.

Will this cannibalise my OTA bookings?

It moves the guest who was already going to stay with you onto your own channel. The OTA keeps working as a shop window; what changes is the share of nights that arrive without paying the toll.

How long before direct bookings move?

Search and content compound, so the honest answer is quarters, not weeks. The 90-day plan sets what should be visible by the end of the first quarter and what belongs to the second.

Do you only work with hotels in Spain?

We work from Madrid and Amsterdam, in Spanish and English. The method travels; what has to be local is the market read and the trade media we place you in.

What do you actually report on?

Direct bookings, cost per direct booking against the commission you would have paid, organic traffic and revenue by channel. One page a month, plus a live dashboard.
