Branded content and case studies for hotels
Some nights are not sold by a search engine. They are sold by a person, in a meeting, with material in front of them. One documented case a quarter — page, sales PDF and short video — plus a video testimonial from the manager at every renewal.
A 30-minute video call. The audit document and the 90-day plan.

Your best week has no page
The wedding that filled the hotel, the congress that took four floors, the retreat that came back three years running: none of it exists anywhere a buyer can find. So the sales conversation starts from zero every time, and the group goes to whoever has a deck.
Branded & Cases
One documented case a quarter
A real stay, group or event, written up with the numbers the buyer cares about: rooms, dates, spaces, what was solved. Published as a page that also ranks.
A sales PDF
The same case as a document your team can send after a call, laid out to be read on a phone in a taxi and to survive being forwarded.
A short film
Two or three minutes of the property doing the thing it is being sold for. Cut for the sales meeting first, social second.
A video testimonial at renewal
The manager on camera, on record, about what changed. Recorded when there is something true to say, never staged to fill a slot.
Reporting on commercial use
Which material got sent, to whom, and what closed. The measure is contracts closed with the material, not views.
How it runs
- 01
01 · Pick the case
With your sales team: the stay that represents the business you want more of, not the one that photographs best.
- 02
02 · Get permission and numbers
The client of the group signs off on what can be published. If they will not, we choose another case — never a composite dressed up as real.
- 03
03 · Produce
Page, PDF and film from one shoot and one interview, so the quarter costs one day of the hotel’s time.
- 04
04 · Put it to work
Into the sales flow, the site, the newsletter and the MICE follow-up, then reported on by what it closed.
What changes
Sales conversations start with proof instead of adjectives.
Group and MICE enquiries arrive already knowing what you can host.
The case pages rank for the searches a planner actually makes.
One shoot a quarter feeds sales, site, email and social.
Who we work with
Boutique hotels
The specialty. Independent, one house, nothing to hide behind.
Regional chains
Five to thirty properties, one brand, thirty different websites.
Resorts & holiday hotels
A season that has to be sold before the season starts.
City & business hotels
Weekday occupancy is a sales channel, not a content calendar.
Serviced apartments
Off the platform, onto your own booking page.
Rural & experiences
Nobody searches your village. They search the reason to go.
Questions
What if the client of the group will not be named?
Then it runs anonymised with the numbers intact, or it does not run. We never invent a client, a logo or a quote — including for our own site.
Do you produce the video in house?
Production is arranged around one shooting day at the property. The plan covers a short film a quarter; anything bigger is quoted separately and stays yours.
Is a case study not just an advert?
It is an advert that has to survive being fact-checked by the buyer. That is exactly why the numbers and the permission matter more than the adjectives.
Who owns the footage and the documents?
The hotel. Raw files included. If we stop working together you keep everything, in the formats your team can actually open.
